At the start of the project our clients were known as Travel 4 Cambridgeshire (TfC), with a mission to work with employers, residential developers, the health sector and schools to change travel behaviours. Formerly a part of the Cambridgeshire County Council, their brand, name and marketing no longer matched their culture, services or geographical reach.
We worked with our partners at TEA Agency to take the TFC team through a brand positioning and naming exercise. From there, Smart Journeys was born as a completely new brand with a strong vision and mission.
With completion of a detailed brand proposition and identity guidelines, Smart Journeys were able to relaunch their service offering quickly to a wider audience. We continue to work with the team to further develop their brand and marketing including a full suite of materials and a fully optimised website.
in a 2015 RAC survey drove themselves to work each day, and a further 13% travel as passengers. 15% of commuters use some form of public transport to get to work, while 12% walk and 4% cycle.
